The purpose of the meeting is to take public comment on the environmental assessment prepared for the City’s application for grant funding from Montana’s Treasure State Endowment Program for Phase 1 of the City’s wastewater project. The proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and project area, activities, budget, possible sources of funding including the Treasure State Endowment Program and any costs that may result for local citizens because of the project.
